Healthy Baby Club is a prenatal program promoting healthy lifestyles during pregnancy and in the postpartum period. Our goal is to help women have the healthiest babies possible and give pregnant women a chance to enjoy group support. Healthy Baby Club is free and open to women of all ages. Classes are held Wednesday mornings from 10am - 12pm. Transportation and child care is provided. Registration is required for this program.

First Steps is a weekly drop-in group for parents of children 0-12 months. Public Health Nurse support is offered. It is held Wednesday afternoons 1:30pm - 3:00pm. Transportation and child care is provided.
